Online Fun

I have been absent from my blog for awhile ... not that I haven't thought of stuff to post and ideas to share; I just haven't felt like sitting at the computer to type. I have, however, been online to keep up with my favorite online reading and activities. Here are a few .... I just read through my friend Tracey's blog and am so impressed with how often she posts. She and her family (her son Ben is my godson) just moved from the Twin Cities to Grand Rapids, and her blog is a great example of how to keep in touch - I feel like I know how their lives are going even when we are not near each other! I have recently been told about the blog Everyday Soup. I wish I could remember to read it every day, it is so full of insight and spiritual questions. On a lighter side, I confess to following For Better or For Worse every day. I "grew up" with the Patterson kids and can't stop. My cousin also recently introduced me to Bug Cafe -- she and I are playing Scrabble online! We had been trying for months to get together and play in person, but with our busy lives hadn't been able to do it. Online is almost as much fun!

We've been trying to go to the dog park every weekend so that Hannah (and we) can get some exercise. Here is a great pic that Matt took of Hannah while we were there.

January also brought a couple of weekend visits, and I uploaded some pictures to my Flickr site for each of them. First, Hannah and I went up north to visit family. A week later, Adam and Molly came down to visit us!
